Terms & Conditions

Sale Terms:

  1. FOB (Free on Board). Cost of freight and insurance by customer.
  2. C&F (Cost of goods and freight) insurance by customer.
  3. CIF (Cost insurance and freight) 

Payment:

  1. By irrevocable letter of credit at sight (L/C)
  2. Advance full payment after purchase order by T/T Transfer
  3. 30% deposit (NON REFUNDABLE)  and balance before shipment by T/T Transfer.

Delivery Time:

  1. In general, we offer 4-8 weeks after receipt of your order.
  2. The delivery of special order will be subject to our final confirmation.

Sample: 

We charge for sample orders and there is no refund for this when order is placed.

Design:

We offer our standard range of styles and welcome customer's desings as well. We offer design development for free of charge. Mold change cost is depending on the style of products. Mold charge will be applied for new designs of new samples and will be refund when the order is placed more than 300pcs/pairs within 1 year.

Shipping Method:

  1. Courier Service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.)
  2. Airfreight
  3. Dominated shipping agency

**The insurance will be covered by customer, we will not be responsible for damaged and lost shipment on sale term FOB Bangkok.
